Two Local Real Estate Agents Selected For Statewide Leadership Class

Amber Gray, broker for Gray Real Estate Elite, proudly announces that Sarah Jane Johnson and Jill O’Grady, two exceptional real estate agents, have been selected for the 2025 LeadershipOAR class. LeadershipOAR is a prestigious program offered by the Oklahoma Association of Real Estate Agent (OAR).

The purpose of LeadershipOAR is to identify emerging Real Estate Agent leaders and potential Association leadership, empower them to maximize their leadership potential, encourage participation in Association leadership roles, and integrate them into the Association’s committee and leadership structure.

The program allows participants to connect with leaders from across Oklahoma while honing their team-building and leadership skills. Through comprehensive sessions, they learn effective management and relationship-building principles, gain insights into the state association, and participate in problem-solving activities addressing current real estate issues.

Amber Gray expressed her pride, saying, “Sarah Jane and Jill have been highly involved at the local level with the Ada Board of Directors. I couldn’t be prouder to see them selected for a leadership program that impacts REALTORS® statewide.” OAR represents over 12,700 real estate professionals across Oklahoma and is dedicated to three core missions:

  1. Member Outreach: Supporting Real Estate Agent through education, resources, and networking opportunities.
  2. Risk Management: Providing tools like the Graduate Real Estate Agent Institute and legal support.
  3. Advocacy: Shaping property laws that protect Real Estate Agent and consumers.
